Ayup, that's about the size of it...
ReplyDeleteNot sure it's an all-staff email thing, though. We have a project management/account executive structure now, designed to address this very problem. Send it to John K., or let him know it's here, is my reaction. That way, distribution of this piece can take advantage of this new structure.
